Formed in 1997, NeXTeP construction is a General Contracting Company, that have been strongly committed to providing our customers with the highest level of services, which ranked us as a leader in the Commercial Fit-out industry in the Middle East.
Since its foundation our company has distinguished itself due to its thoroughness and expertise in completing major renovation projects, over the past years our company has successfully completed more than 250 turnkey projects, with a portfolio that includes a long list of projects with national and multinational organizations.

The Founder
Since 1997
The Start was as a midsize contracting company established in 1983, and handled many turnkey contracts for the private sector, then the company has changed this pace and name to “American Home” in 1997 and shifted towards introducing new and innovative finishing materials to the Egyptian market.
After gaining the proper experience in these fields and establishing a reputation in the field of interior finishing, 2003 We strongly entered the field of turn key contracting, starting with the banking industry where we have managed to finish some of the best bank branches .
And today
We’ve built a reputation for exceptional commercial fit-out services,with a success track record of more than 27 years and a significant portion of our success stems from the repeat business we receive from satisfied customers.
Our team is our greatest asset. With over 15 years of experience on average and a combined force of over 300 skilled professionals, we have the expertise to handle even the most complex projects ensuring seamless execution across all trades.
Recently, we’ve taken a significant step forward by focusing on achieving LEED certification for our projects. By prioritizing sustainability and occupant well-being, we’re not just building structures, we’re building a future where businesses thrive and employees flourish.
