Located in one of the newest and biggest commercial luxurious office buildings, the Novartis headquarters covers an expansive area of 4,500 square meters combining innovative designs with sustainable practices. The final design included an open plan office layout, state-of-theart meeting rooms, dynamic breakout areas, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail, Nextep Construction transformed the space into a state-of-the-art working environment, enhancing the aesthetic appeal while maintaining the functional integrity of the space.
