Full renovation for the head office building of Schneider Electric Egypt located at the 5th Settlement. The main challenge of this project was that it is being executed in an occupied building , our experienced crew made every effort to ensure a safe working place without disrupting the works time schedule or causing any harm or disturbance for the existing employees. After successfully completing the first phase, we had been given the opportunity to complete three additional phases. This project is a LEED Gold Certified building according to the scoring system ID+C V4 getting 70 points achieving the highest score in Egypt for LEED Gold Certificate. Co-ordination was essential in the delivery of this magnificient sustainable building.
